Terms and Conditions

All our orders come with a tracking number so if you are waiting for your order the tracking number provided should help you track your parcel.

If the tracking doesn't help please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so if you're not satisfied you can return your unused item/s in their original packaging for a full refund.

Please email us to discuss your return request.

Bespoke or adapted items are not eligible for a refund but we will work with you until you are happy with your purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging if you can provide this. Please do not fold window covers in a different way when repackaging as this can damage them and invalidate your refun.

To start a return you should already have a returns address inside your parcel. If you need more help please contact us at conor@beebnco.co.uk . 

If we have accepted your request to return, please use the provided shipping address label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We currently do not accept exchanges.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to customs charges, please check your own countries customs prices as these may be payable by you, before you can receive your order.

Shipping prices vary outside the UK. We cannot guarantee a fixed price when shipping, it will depend on size and weight of orders purchased.
